Ankit Shah is the Founder- Director of New Life Medicals an young entrepreneur whose expertise, agility, and vision is that of an astute pharmaceutical professional.Ankit started his career a decades back with Novartis and was responsible for brand communication to doctors and that journey continued into various roles & functions in different MNC’s and Indian top pharma companies viz Emcure, Cadila Pharma, Claris to name a few.
In 2014 Ankit decided that there is more to what he was capable of and set up his 1st venture as NewLife Medicals. Ever since then he has been a catalyst of growth, with his energy and effort NewLife Medicals has emerged as a strong player in Global RLD Supplies.
Ankit brings in Far Sighted Vision, Growth assertion & Collaborations which is a force Multiplier for the Organisation, in the process evolving the business from a player in Comparator Trials to the big league of Clinical Trial Supplies across the Globe.
An avid sportsman, Ankit believes that sports can inculcate self discipline , determination and commitment in one’s life. He has always strived for purposeful leadership that fosters a culture where talent doesn’t just strive but evolves to be agile & innovative to match the ever-evolving business environment.
Ankit has a Bachelors Degree in Pharmaceuticals from Pune and a Masters in Business Administration.

Emerging global leader with over 3 decades of experience, Dr Dipankar oversees business operations of New Life Medicals, with 200+ clients and 100+ supply chain partners globally. He has a proven track record of exceeding goals while leading teams in ambiguous and fast-paced environments. He has steered businesses based on processes with people driving systems at heart. Engaged in driving business across multiple locations at New Life Medicals, Dr Dipankar creates routes for transformational growth in all aspects of NewLife Medicals business.
He has hands-on experience as a leader in some of the leading companies, namely, Zydus Lifesciences, Ranbaxy, Torrent, Emcure, Cipla and Cadila pharma across verticals that include Brand Management, Sales Operations, Supply Chain, Strategy Alignment, Sales Force Automation and New Product Development. He has been a successful entrepreneur elevating high growth for Start ups in Healthcare. He has held the position of Senior Consultant in Large Central Govt Organisation leading project in Digital Transforming Livelihood of Women in Rural India.
Dr Dipankar has a Doctorate’s Degree in Management Studies from the ISBM Pune, an MD in Alternative Medicine from AIPMT Council New Delhi , and an MBA from the Gauhati University.
Mr Naishadh Desai

Qualified Company Secretary from Institute of Company Secretaries India (ICSI), Bachelor of General Law from Mumbai University and forex management course from XLRI, Jamshedpur. Mr. Desai is certified “Corporate Director” from Institute of Directors, Mumbai, India. – having over 3 decades of experience in the fields of various national and international corporates matters (largely IT companies & manufacturing Companies), raising of funds, handling various issues related to finance, advising on restructuring of companies, merger, de-merger, acquisition, litigation, shareholders agreement, joint ventures, setting up of subsidiaries overseas, arbitration, setting up of unit in SEZ, IPO, secretarial experience, drafting of ESOP Schemes, administering of ESOP Scheme, Liaoning with SEBI / RBI / other Government regulators, representing before various regulatory authorities in India, compliances under the Companies Act, 1956/ 2013, advising on adhering to listing agreement, private placement, means of raising of funds, IBC matters etc.
Mr. Desai’s vast experience synergizes in planning, making strategy for the growth of the Company.
Neeru Madan

A dynamic business leader and a certified leadership coach, Neeru brings over 30 years of experience in the Pharma, CRO, CTSM and F&B space, with deep expertise in Business Transformation, Global People Strategy, and Leadership Development.
Her illustrious career includes leadership roles such as Regional HR Director, Managing Director & General Manager – Clinical Trials Division at Thermo Fisher Scientific, where she made history as the first woman leader to transition from an HR Leader to a Business Role.
An IIM Ahmedabad alumna, Neeru is also a HOGAN Certified Coach, Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Certified Coach-US, an ActionCoach Licensee Partner, Certified Red Belt Facilitator for Employee Engagement-US and a Women Board Effectiveness Expert. Her expertise in driving business growth, cultural transformation, and employee engagement spans across APAC, Europe, and LatAm regions, making her an invaluable addition to our Board
